Bar use (Pushkin Bar providing alcohol): paid per bottle, prices agreed in advance

For MEETINGS/CONFERENCES:

Refreshments  - £5 per guest
Printer usage / supplies - £20 per booking
Kitchen facilities usage  - £20 per booking

AV EQUIPMENT:

Projector/screen usage - £30
Audio equipment usage (microphones, monitors etc) - £30
TV screen + connector cables - £20
