When making an event booking the booker accepts our terms and conditions on behalf of all members of their party.

Reserved rights

Pushkin House reserves the right to make alterations to the advertised programme. We reserve the right to refuse admission or eject from the venue any person that we believe is likely to cause a nuisance, disturbance or threat to other audience members, the venue or its employees.

Event cancellations or rescheduling

Occasionally some events may be cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond the control of Pushkin House. We will endeavour to contact visitors, and tickets will either be exchanged or, in case of a cancellation, a full refund will be given via the original method of payment.

Latecomers policy

Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed. For certain events, latecomers may be refused admission. If you think you may be late for an event, please call Pushkin House an hour before the start time to let us know.

Filming consent

The unauthorised use of cameras, audio and video equipment is not permitted. Purchase of a ticket means you consent to filming, photography and sound recording which may include you as a member of the audience and its use in commercial distribution without payment or copyright.

If for any reason you are unable to use your ticket Pushkin House offers a flexible exchange service.

Refunds

Pushkin House cannot issue refunds where the event is not cancelled, but customers unable to attend an event may be issued with a credit voucher, which can be used to purchase tickets for future events online. In the event of a mistake booking, we can offer a refund if contacted within 24 hours - please get in touch via office@pushkinhouse.org.uk

Credit vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issue. Please note that credit vouchers will automatically expire if not used within six months of the return date. There is an administration fee of £2 per ticket for exchange services. This is deducted from the total of your credit voucher.

Credit vouchers can only be issued no less than 24 hours before the start of the event for which the credit is to be exchanged.
