Vladimir Pastoukhov in Conversation: (2) Russian Political Institutions

The witty and insightful lawyer and political philosopher Vladimir Pastoukhov in the second of a series of three talks at Pushkin House about the Russian state.  This evening, he talks about Russian political institutions.  Talk and open Q&A, followed by drinks.  Please note that this evening's talk will be in Russian.

Vladimir Pastukhov is a Fellow of St Anthony’s College Oxford and Advisor to the Chair of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation.  He is a member of the International Bar Association, Professor of Corporate Law at the Higher School of Economics in Moscow and Member of the Russian Academy of Humanitarian Sciences.  He has advised the State Duma on Economic Development and Intellectual Property, and Moscow City Government on social policy.
