This concert by Rebecca Ryland-Jones (soprano), Anna Ryland-Jones (cello) and Nataly Ganina (piano) seeks to draw connections drifting through different times, in music that expresses the deepest and most tender questions of faith, love, belonging and eternity.

ABOUT THE MUSICIANS
Rebecca Ryland-Jones is a graduate of Royal Holloway University of London, where she studied under Elaine Pearce for three years. During her time there, she sang with the Founders Choir and the university Savoy Opera Society, and participated in a masterclass with renowned soprano Sarah Fox. She currently studies with Joanna Tomlinson, and is seeking to establish a freelance singing career both as a choral singer and a soloist. At the 2020 North London Festival, she was awarded First Prize in the Association of English Singers and Speakers Recital Competition and Third Prize in the Recital Competition. Rebecca is a member of the Epiphoni Consort and the Thomas Tallis Society, as well as the choir of St Mark’s Hamilton Terrace. She also performs regularly at several London churches and with various choirs, combining singing with organising concerts and working at Wigmore Hall.
Anna Ryland-Jones holds a postgraduate degree from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and an undergraduate degree from the Royal Northern College of Music. She enjoys a busy and varied career as a cellist which combines teaching and performing, both as a soloist and chamber musician. She has appeared at venues such as the Barbican, the Purcell Room, Wembley Stadium and All Souls Langham Place in London, and the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester. During her time at the RNCM, Anna studied with Emma Ferrand and Petr Prause and played in masterclasses with István Várdai, Adrian Brendel, Pierre Doumenge, Tim Hugh, Lowri Blake, Matthew Lowe and Alice Neary. She studies with Tim Lowe, professor at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama where she is currently a Junior Fellow. Anna is a member of the Kings Chamber Orchestra and the Elgar Ensemble.
Nataly Ganina is currently studying at the Royal College of Music, for Artist Diploma in Performance with Nigel Clayton, where she is supported by St. Marylebone Educational Foundation. In 2014, she received a Diploma of Distinction at the Chopin International Piano Competition. Nataly has participated in masterclasses of Lauri Vainmaa, Dmitri Bashkirov, Ivari Ilja, Mikhail Voskresensky, Anton Lyakhovsky. Every year she takes part in the international masterclasses in Avinurme, Estonia. She graduated from Jurmala Secondary Music School where she studied with associate professor Artur Cinguev who graduated from the Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory, class of Elisso Virsaladze. Apart from the solo career, Nataly has played in chamber ensembles, especially piano trios and quartets. Her debut performance with orchestra was when she was 13 years old, when she performed with Latvian National Symphony Orchestra as well as chamber orchestra "Kremerata Baltica".
