Join us for a conversation with designer and entrepreneur Ilya Oskolkov-Tsentsiper and Anton Derlyatka, co-founder and CEO of Sweatcoin, a hugely successful Web 3.0 startup. They will be discussing how the world is changing and what is the real potential of news-making technologies, decentralised networks and artificial intelligence.


About the speakers

Ilya Oskolkov-Tsentsiper is a product and customer experience designer and entrepreneur from Tel Aviv. He worked on numerous physical and digital projects in Russia, Ukraine, the USA, the UK and elsewhere. Ilya was a founder and executive chairman of the Strelka Institute of Media, Architecture and Design. He redesigned major parks in Moscow: the Gorky Park and the VDNKh, founded one of the largest open air music festivals in Russia, designed numerous products and services in banking, retail, logistics, media and hospitality. His two companies, Direction and Tsentsiper, are strategic design consultancies focusing on real estate and services respectively. Ilya is involved with a number of startups as investor and advisor.

Anton Derlyatka is the CEO and co-founder of global health and wellness company Sweat Economy, which incentivises people to become more physically active by rewarding users for the number of steps they take each day. Derlyatka has over 20 years of business experience as an entrepreneur, investor and manager and co-founded Sweatcoin in 2015. Previously, he founded Talent Equity Ventures, the first seed fund focusing on Talent/HR technology, and co-founded TalentTechLabs, a NYC early-stage incubator focusing on Talent/HR Tech space. As an angel investor, Anton has invested in several tech startups, ranging from talent and HR tech to health and fitness. Derlyatka graduated from London Business School and has furthered his education at Sanford and UC Berkeley. He also holds a MSc degree in Applied Math from MEPhI.
