CHOOSE FROM THE OPTIONS BELOW TO BUILD A QUOTE

Our Music and Function room can accommodate up to 80 people standing. The Library room can fit up to 20 people standing.

  • Hiring our kitchen facilities allows you to bring in your own catering.

  • Add the Library room for pre/post event drinks or to use it as a break-out space.

  • If you hire our piano we will make sure it is tuned especially for your event.

  • Add the set-up option if you would like our staff to prepare the room for you (chairs, tables, microphones and TV).

This is OUR hassle-free option!

You get everything you see on the left (the Music Room, the adjoined kitchen facilities, the Library Room, the piano, us setting up for you), plus the main hall and one member of staff for the duration of your event to help it run smoothly.

Tables and chairs, wireless microphones (up to 3), microphone stands, 55″ TV screen and a whiteboard can be hired free of charge.

Important notice on start times: Access to rooms is from the start time of the session hired only. If you require time to set-up or prepare please factor this into the start time of your meetings. At our discretion, and dependent on other bookings, an additional hour either side of a session can be booked at reduced terms. Please note that all equipment must be removed from the premises by the end of each hire session.

Important note on exhibitions: Pushkin House hosts exhibitions throughout the year. The exhibition you see on photos or during your visit may not be on display at the time of your event. For more information on what is likely to be on display during your event, please get in touch. The works must not be removed from the walls during your event.
