Safety Guide for Exhibition Visitors
Please be aware that our procedures and protocols have been altered to keep our visitors and staff safe, and to comply with the law around COVID-19 safety. All visitors must read these 8 guidelines beforehand, as attendance at the exhibition is conditional on acceptance and adherence to these protocols and to any further instructions given by our staff and volunteers.
1. To comply with the most recent government rules on indoor activities, please come to Pushkin House only with people from your own household or support bubble.
2. Please do not come to the house if you're presenting symptoms of coronavirus, if you feel unwell, or if members of your household are unwell.
3. Masks must be worn inside the house at all times. We're a small organisation, and unfortunately don't have the capacity to allow exemptions to this. If you take your mask off while inside the house, you will be asked to put it back on.
4. Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before the start time of your slot, and no later than 15 minutes afterwards.
5. On arrival, please make use of the antiviral gel provided to sanitise your hands.
6. Inside the building, please keep to a socially distanced 1m from other visitors. Please only use the stairs if they're clear of other visitors. Do not enter a room if there are already 6 people inside - our volunteers will help to let you know when it's safe.
7. To make sure that we can fully disinfect areas after each timeslot, please head to the exit at 10 minutes to the hour. (So if your slot is 1pm-2pm, please head to the exit at 1.50pm.)
8. Please exit the house via the downstairs basement, to maintain a one-way flow.
This is much more onerous than when we saw you last, and we apologise if we come across as overly cautious, but in the current situation we hope we can all agree that one can't be too careful.
Thank you for your support throughout this time - the fact that so many of you are eager to return is incredibly gratifying, and we'll be trying to make you feel welcomed and safe during your visit to the house.
Pushkin House is a Good To Go venue - this means we're following government and industry Covid-19 guidelines and have a process in place to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing. Pushkin House will be undergoing a refurbishment project in 2021, but until then we are unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.
