Pushkin House is proud to host a concert of pupils of one of London's leading music schools, London Russian Music Academy. LRMA was founded 10 years ago to provide first-class music education for children from the age of 3 to 18, as well as professional training for older students. Teaching is based on the legendary Russian pedagogical tradition but the school is truly international, welcoming pupils of all backgrounds. The programme of the evening will include works for piano, violin, voice and chamber music compositions by leading Russian composers including Tchaikovsky, Rachmaninov, Prokofiev, Bulakhov, Gubaidulina, and Balakirev.
